Effective Date: 10 March 2026

These Terms of Use will enter into force on 10 March 2026.

Until that date, the current version of the Terms of Use continues to apply to your access to and use of the Application. You may review the current version here: Terms Of Use – Pawns.

If you access or use the Application on or after 10 March 2026, these Terms of Use will apply to your use from that date onward.

You are encouraged to review these updated Terms of Use in advance and decide whether you wish to continue using Pawns.app under the updated terms.If you do not agree with the updated Terms of Use, please do not access or use the Application on or after 10 March 2026.

These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) are between you (“you”, “your”, “User”) and Pawns.app (“Pawns.app”, “Application”, “us”, “our”, “we”). The Agreement governs access to and use of the Application, in whatever way it is accessed and/or used – via personal computers, phones, or any other devices, with all legal implications that stem from it.

By installing the Application and confirming your acceptance through the designated confirmation steps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement and its terms, including the Privacy Policy. We may update this Agreement from time to time as described below. If you continue to use the Application after an updated version becomes effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Agreement.

Please read this Agreement carefully, as it covers important information regarding your legal rights, obligations, and remedies. These include different limitations and exclusions, as well as a dispute resolution clause which governs how disputes will be resolved. If you do not consent to the terms of this Agreement and/or our Privacy Policy, please refrain from installing our Application, stop accessing the Application, remove the Application from your devices, and do not provide content or any personal information on the Website, the Dashboard, or the Application.

You do not have the right to use the Application and may not accept the terms in this Agreement if:

You are below the minimum age required to use the Application under applicable law in your country of residence;
You are otherwise legally incompetent to form a binding agreement as intended herein, except where applicable law permits use with valid parental or legal guardian consent;
You are prohibited from using the Application under any applicable laws, including the laws of your country of residence or from which you use the Application;
You are developing or have developed a competing product and plan to access the Application for the purpose of monitoring behaviour, availability, performance, and/or functionality or for any other competitive purpose.

Where applicable law permits use of the Application by individuals who are legally incompetent to form a binding agreement, a parent or legal guardian must review this Agreement and provide valid consent prior to such use. Parents or legal guardians may contact Pawns at legal@pawns.app with any questions regarding consent.

We reserve our right to alter the terms in this Agreement and/or any information made available through the Application and/or Pawns.app’s Website and Dashboard from time to time. If the Agreement is amended as described, we will post an updated version of it on our Website. Non-material changes become effective when posted. Material changes become effective as described below.

If Pawns.app alters the Agreement in a way that materially affects the parties’ rights or obligations, we will inform you in advance by one or more of the following methods: email (where feasible), notices in the Application or Dashboard, and by posting the updated Agreement on our Website. This amendment becomes effective after 7 (seven) calendar days from the date the notice is first provided. If you find an amendment unacceptable, your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate this Agreement by following the established procedure in the Agreement and by terminating your use of the Application.

As we continuously strive to improve the Application, we reserve the right to modify and/or update the Application at any time.

Recitals

WHEREAS, Pawns.app has developed an Application that enables Users to access and participate in optional activities made available through the Application, including Surveys and Offers;

WHEREAS, these activities may allow Users to earn Earnings and/or Rewards subject to this Agreement;

WHEREAS, by installing the Application and agreeing to this Agreement, the User wishes to access and participate in such activities;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

Definitions

Application – the latest version of the Application made available by Pawns.app to the User pursuant to this Agreement, along with any software (source code and object code), programs, libraries, tools, APIs, files, data, Application specifications, documentation, updates, upgrades, bug fixes, new releases, patches, and new versions of any of the foregoing which may be made available by Pawns.app to the User pursuant to this Agreement.

Dashboard – the main communication channel between Pawns.app and the Users that is used to convey relevant information in relation to the Application, such as Earnings, crucial notices, etc.

User – an individual who uses the Application and participates in activities such as Surveys and Offers.

Surveys – optional activities within the Application that may involve providing information, opinions, or feedback, participation in which may result in the User receiving Earnings and/or Rewards.

Offers – optional in-Application activities, features, or promotions made available by Pawns.app and/or its partners for user participation, which may result in the User receiving Earnings and/or Rewards.

Earnings – monetary amounts a User may receive for completing Surveys, Offers, or other eligible in-Application activities.

Rewards – non-cash benefits, such as gift cards or similar items, which may be offered to Users through the Application in connection with activities including but not limited to Surveys and Offers.

Traffic Sharing Addendum – the addendum governing Traffic Sharing where available and enabled.

Website – the https://pawns.app/ website and related pages operated by Pawns.app.

Application Features

Pawns.app may provide Users with access to features within the Application, including Surveys and Offers. Participation in Surveys or Offers may result in the User receiving Earnings and/or Rewards. Rewards may be provided by third-party partners, who may require the User to complete Surveys or other tasks as a condition of receipt. Pawns.app reserves the right to introduce, modify, suspend, or remove these features at any time.

Some Offers may be made available by third-party partners and may involve access to third-party websites, services, or products.

Pawns.app is not responsible for third-party partners or their websites, products, services, or content, and Offers may be subject to additional third-party terms.

Pawns.app does not issue, provide, operate, or control third-party products or services offered through Offers, and is not a party to any agreement between the User and any third party.

Any eligibility, approval, pricing, fees, and other terms for third-party products or services are determined solely by the relevant third party, not by Pawns.app.

Pawns.app does not provide legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice in connection with Offers, and the User is advised to review any applicable third-party terms before participating.

Offers may include advertising or marketing content, including content provided by third-party partners, and any decision to engage with an Offer is made at the User’s sole discretion and risk. Pawns.app may receive compensation from third-party partners in connection with Offers.

The inclusion of any Offer does not constitute Pawns.app’s endorsement or recommendation of any third-party product or service. Participation in Surveys, Offers, or other optional features is voluntary and not required for use of the Application.

The Application’s features and functionality may vary depending on your location, device type, operating system, Application version, and other factors, and Pawns.app may modify, suspend, remove, or restrict any feature at any time.

Some versions of the Application may include an optional feature that enables you to route internet traffic through your device (“Traffic Sharing”). If Traffic Sharing is available for your device type, operating system, and Application version and you choose to enable it, your use of Traffic Sharing is additionally governed by the Traffic Sharing Addendum below. The Traffic Sharing Addendum forms part of this Agreement, and in case of conflict, the Traffic Sharing Addendum will prevail with respect to Traffic Sharing. If Traffic Sharing is not available for your device type, operating system, and Application version, or if you do not enable it, the Traffic Sharing Addendum does not apply to you. If an update removes Traffic Sharing from your Application, the Traffic Sharing Addendum will no longer apply from that point onward.

Additional terms, policies, or addenda may apply to certain versions, features, or distributions of the Application, and are incorporated into and form part of this Agreement.

Privacy

In operating the Application, Pawns.app may collect and process information necessary for service provision and the calculation of Earnings. Details regarding the handling of personal data are set out in the Pawns.app Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

Pawns.app provides the Application on an “as-is” basis, without any kind of warranties, expressed or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The User is accessing and using the Application at their own risk and is solely responsible for their eligibility to use the Application. Pawns.app disclaims any and all warranties and representations, expressed or implied. Pawns.app does not guarantee and does not promise any specific results from the use or the inability to use the Application. Pawns.app does not warrant that the Application or any potential Earnings results are accurate, reliable, complete, current, or error-free. Pawns.app cannot guarantee that technical malfunctions or problems with your device will not occur.

Pawns.app may make available Surveys, Offers, or other optional activities within the Application. The User acknowledges and agrees that such activities are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without any warranties or guarantees of availability, continuity, or results.

Pawns.app does not guarantee that participation in Surveys, Offers, or related activities will result in any specific amount of Earnings or Rewards. Rewards may be provided by third-party partners, and Pawns.app disclaims any and all liability for the issuance, redemption, accuracy, legality, content, requested permissions, or fulfilment of such third-party Rewards, Surveys, or Offers. Participation in these activities is at the User’s sole discretion and risk and subject both to this Agreement and to any additional terms and conditions imposed by such third parties. These activities may also include and be subject to additional terms, official rules, or agreements, whether provided by Pawns.app or by third-party partners. The User is advised to review any applicable third-party terms before participation.

When using the Application, data usage, bandwidth usage, or internet or mobile service provider charges may apply, depending on the User’s service provider plan. Pawns.app is not responsible for any such costs.

Pawns.app’s Website, as well as any and all information provided within the Website, including information and/or content published on the Pawns.app blog, is provided as-is. Pawns.app disclaims any and all warranties and representations, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability and/or availability of any content and/or materials published on the Pawns.app Website and/or Pawns.app blog. All content published on the Pawns.app blog is exclusively for informational purposes. The User confirms they understand that Pawns.app will not be responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from displaying or using content and/or materials published on the Pawns.app Website and/or Pawns.app blog.

The Pawns.app Website can contain links to websites owned and operated by third parties. Pawns.app disclaims any representations and warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, legality, or availability of any content and/or information contained within these third-party websites. The User confirms they understand that Pawns.app has no control over third-party websites which may be linked therein. If a User chooses to visit a third-party website, they are doing so at their own risk. Pawns.app encourages Users to read the terms of use when visiting any third-party website.

References to any third-party services, products, processes, offers, or any other information, by trademark, trade name, manufacturer, supplier, or otherwise, does not establish or imply Pawns.app’s endorsement, sponsorship, recommendation, or any affiliation.

The Application may include third-party open-source components that are essential for its proper operation. Specifically, the Application integrates FFmpeg, a multimedia framework used for processing audio and video functionality. This component is used in compliance with its open-source licence (LGPL or GPL), and the licence terms can be reviewed at https://www.ffmpeg.org/legal.html. Inclusion of such libraries does not imply access to your personal data by the library developers, and their integration is solely for enabling specific technical capabilities within the Application.

Nothing in this Section shall affect the limitations of liability set out below.

Earnings and payment rules

Users can request a payout via the Dashboard and/or the Application once they reach the minimum withdrawal threshold set by Pawns.app. The applicable threshold may vary based on factors determined by Pawns.app and will be displayed in the User’s Dashboard within the payment section.
Any points, winnings, or amounts earned through wheel spins, quests, or similar bonus activities may be subject to additional withdrawal conditions, including minimum earning requirements from Surveys and/or Offers, as determined by Pawns.app and displayed in the Dashboard.
Rewards are distinct from Earnings and cannot be exchanged or converted into Earnings or cash. Rewards are non-transferable and may be subject to redemption rules, conditions, or restrictions imposed by third-party partners. Rewards are issued and fulfilled by such partners, and Pawns.app is not responsible or liable for their issuance, redemption, or fulfilment.
Rewards are deemed earned only upon the User’s full and proper completion of all requirements of the relevant Survey, Offer, or other activity, in the manner specified therein and in full compliance with this Agreement and any applicable third-party terms. Rewards will be credited only if Pawns.app and/or the relevant third party are able to properly validate, track, and record that the requirements have been met.
For Pawns.app to pay out the accumulated Earnings, the User may be required to validate their email (if not done previously), complete additional verification steps where required (including phone number verification via SMS), and provide Pawns.app and the payment service providers with personal and other information which depends on the User’s preferred payment method. Further information about when and why such verification steps may be required is available in our Help Center: https://help.pawns.app/en/.
Pawns.app may also require completing verification processes through third-party services, to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, or address security concerns, as described in the Privacy Policy. The User is responsible for providing information that is accurate and up-to-date. The User understands that Pawns.app may be unable to provide any Earnings under this Agreement if the User fails to provide the necessary information (including completing identity verification if requested) or if such information is inaccurate, incomplete, or not up to date. The User may not be able to receive their accumulated Earnings if their country of residence doesn’t support Pawns.app’s offered payment methods. Pawns.app is entitled to deduct or withhold any amounts required under applicable tax laws or the rules of Pawns.app’s payment service providers.
The User acknowledges that they are solely responsible for the payment of all the respective taxes in their country associated with receiving Pawns.app’s payments.
Any claim of Earnings not paid in full must be sent to Pawns.app within 60 (sixty) days of the original payout request.
Default functionality: The amount of Earnings the User has accumulated on their Pawns.app account is displayed in the Dashboard and the Application. The value of Earnings is expressed in USD.
Pawns.app reserves the right to introduce additional fees for repeated payout requests in case the User does not receive a payment through no fault of Pawns.app. The User is responsible for making sure they are able to receive their Earnings through the payment services supported by Pawns.app.
Pawns.app may limit, suspend, or terminate a User’s ability to participate in Surveys, Offers, or any other activities at its sole discretion. The User agrees to abide by the final and binding decisions of Pawns.app regarding any such activities and their participation in them. Pawns.app reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel all or any portion of Surveys, Offers, or any other activities, including any Rewards, credits, or progress the User may have accrued, at any time.
Pawns.app reserves the right to change the payment rules.

General obligations

In addition to the User’s other undertakings established in this Agreement, the User also acknowledges and agrees:

To maintain and update the information provided by the User which is displayed in the Dashboard and elsewhere, where applicable, in order to keep it accurate, true, and complete. If the User provides any information that is not true, current, or incomplete in any way, or if Pawns.app believes the provided information is such, Pawns.app preserves the right to suspend or terminate the User’s account and/or invalidate any Earnings that were accumulated during the use of the Application.
To not use the Application if their use of the Application is illegal or would otherwise violate any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
That the User is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their account and its credentials. The User’s account cannot be shared with other individuals. Each User is allowed to operate only one account. Users who abuse the withdrawal conditions, create multiple accounts or otherwise violate the Agreement or any other Application rules may have their access to the Application restricted or have their accounts temporarily or permanently blocked without prior notice, and any accumulated Earnings may not be paid out.
- For the avoidance of doubt, it is always prohibited to:
  - Create multiple accounts using fake (or multiple) email addresses to operate the same functionality or to generate fraudulent activity.
  - Create an account using another person’s or company’s information, verification data, or fake data.
  - Use other users’ accounts or provide access to your account to third parties.
That the User is solely responsible for any and all activities occurring under their account. The User will immediately inform Pawns.app in case of any unauthorised use of the User’s account or any other security breach.
To accept all risks and take complete responsibility for all activities occurring under their account, which are related to their use of the Application.
That the User is not allowed to reproduce, copy, trade, sell, resell, or exploit in any way for any commercial purposes the Application or any of its parts.
To only install and use the Application on devices lawfully used by the User and through internet connections the User is authorised to use.
That in case Pawns.app becomes aware the User is using the Application in a way that violates this Agreement or any applicable law, the User agrees to immediately stop using the Application and remove it from their devices. Pawns.app preserves the right to prevent the User from accessing the Application in this case.
User’s failure to meet General obligations listed above or violation of General restrictions listed below may result in User’s denial of access to the Application, User’s account suspension, or account removal without any notice and any accumulated Earnings may not be paid out.

General restrictions

Unless expressly authorised in written form by Pawns.app, the User will not directly perform nor authorise any third party to perform the following:

Copy, license, reproduce, distribute, perform publicly, or publicly display any part of the Application, attempt to extract or reverse engineer the Application’s source code, claim any ownership right, or trade, sell, resell, transfer, or exploit in any other way for unauthorised commercial purpose any of Pawns.app’s property;
Alter, modify, or create any derivative works of the Application;
Attempt to interfere with Pawns.app’s operation, disrupt any User, server, system, or infrastructure or try to access another User’s account, or access the User’s own account via any method not established in the Dashboard, Website, or this Agreement;
Attempt to cheat, misinform, defraud, mislead, or deceive Pawns.app in any way with the purpose of accruing more Earnings or for any other reason;
Attempt to manipulate fraudulently and falsely increase the amount of Earnings the User has actually accumulated;
Upload, email, post, transmit, or make available in any other way, any material containing software viruses or any other computer code, computer programs, or files created to interrupt, destroy, or limit the usability and functionality of any computer hardware, software, or telecommunications equipment;
Falsely impersonate any person or entity, falsely state or misrepresent themselves, their age, their ability to agree with the terms stated in this Agreement, or their affiliation with any person or entity.
Refuse to complete the identity verification process or attempt to provide identity details that are not User’s or are false.

Pawns.app reserves the right to issue additional restrictions, limitations, or usage requirements through separate documentation or policies, including an Acceptable Use Policy, which shall be deemed incorporated into and form part of this Agreement.

Intellectual Property

By accepting the terms listed in this Agreement, the User acknowledges and agrees that the Application, Website, and Dashboard, including any revisions, modifications, corrections, upgrades, and/or enhancements, accompanying materials, as well as any product systems, processes, or programs, in whatever form, created or provided by Pawns.app for the purpose of providing the Application to the User, are the property of Pawns.app or its licensors, protected under copyright laws and treaties. This property may not be used, copied, or modified in any way without prior written consent from Pawns.app. The User further acknowledges and accepts that all rights and titles, and interest in and to the Website, Dashboard, Application, and any other property mentioned above, including associated intellectual property rights (hereinafter – “Intellectual Property”), including but not limited to any patents (registered or pending), copyrights, texts, trade secrets, designs, or trademarks, evidenced by, embodied in, and/or in any way attached, connected, or related to the Application, Dashboard, or Website, are and will remain owned exclusively by Pawns.app and/or its licensors.

This Agreement does not transfer any right or interest in Pawns.app’s Intellectual Property to the User, but only a limited, revocable right of usage according to the terms listed in this Agreement. No part of this Agreement constitutes a waiver of Pawns.app’s Intellectual Property rights under any law. To the extent the User provides feedback to Pawns.app (hereinafter – “Feedback”), Pawns.app shall have exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, fully paid up, perpetual, irrevocable licence to incorporate this Feedback into any Pawns.app’s current or future products, services, or technologies, and use it for any purpose, all without compensation to the User and without the User’s approval.

Licence

The User confirms they understand that the Application is provided solely for their personal, non-commercial use. Provided that the User meets the eligibility requirements and agrees to the terms of this Agreement, Pawns.app grants the User a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-assignable licence, without the right to sublicense, to access and use the Application, including to download and install a copy of the Application on devices owned by the User or otherwise lawfully controlled by the User, solely for the purposes described in this Agreement. The User may not upload or republish the Application or any of its parts, except as expressly permitted through authorised app distribution platforms, on any internet, intranet, or extranet site or compile or incorporate the information in any database. Pawns.app reserves all rights to Intellectual Property (including but not limited to the Application) not expressly granted to the User in this Agreement. Any use of the Application other than specifically described and authorised herein, without Pawns.app’s prior written permission, is strictly prohibited and will lead to the termination of the granted licence. The licence is revocable without notice and with or without cause at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Pawns.app, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, or partners be liable to the User or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Application or any of its functionalities, even if Pawns.app has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Pawns.app’s total liability under or arising from this Agreement will be limited to $100 (USD) or to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Class action waiver

Where permitted under the applicable law, the User and Pawns.app agree that each may raise claims against the other only in their individual role and not as a plaintiff or a class member in any implied class or representative action. Unless both the User and Pawns.app agree, no judge or arbitrator may consolidate more than one person’s claim or preside in any other way over any form of a class proceeding or a representative.

Governing law and dispute resolution

The laws of England and Wales will apply to this Agreement, its form, and interpretation. Unless an alternative dispute resolution plan is agreed between the parties, the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in respect of any dispute which may arise out of or under this Agreement.

Complete agreement

This Agreement represents the full understanding and consent between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof. It supersedes any and all previous communications, discussions, announcements, and/or previous agreements established between the parties.

Confidential information

“Confidential information” means all non-public material and business-related information, written or oral, whether or not it is marked as such. Confidential information may be disclosed or made available to the User, directly or indirectly, via any means of communication. The User agrees that if they access confidential information, they will not copy, store, print, forward, or collect in any other way the confidential information and shall not disclose the confidential information to anyone.

Term

This Agreement is considered commenced on the date the User confirms they accept the terms of this Agreement as described above and shall continue until termination. Both parties reserve the right to terminate this Agreement at any time. The User may terminate this Agreement by deleting their account and/or Application from their devices.

Miscellaneous

Pawns.app’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision from this Agreement will not constitute abandonment of such right or provision in that or any other instances. If a provision of this Agreement is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision will be considered severable from this Agreement without any effect on the validity and enforceability of any of the other provisions. The User may not resell, transfer, or assign any of their rights hereunder. Any effort to do so might result in termination of this Agreement without prior notice. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Pawns.app may assign this Agreement to any affiliate at any time with reasonable prior notice and otherwise as part of a sale of the business.

Traffic Sharing Addendum

(applies only where Traffic Sharing is available and enabled)

The following Traffic Sharing Addendum forms part of this Agreement.

Scope. This Addendum applies only if the optional Traffic Sharing feature is available for your device type, operating system, and Application version and you choose to enable it.
What Traffic Sharing Does. Traffic Sharing allows Pawns.app and its business clients (“Clients”) to route internet traffic via your device and internet connection. The traffic routed through your device under this feature is referred to as “Shared Traffic.”
Clients do not know which specific User is providing the Shared Traffic they are using, nor do Users know which specific Client is using their Shared Traffic. Clients may request Shared Traffic that can be forwarded from a particular country or region, and Pawns.app may grant or decline such requests based on availability, location, quality, and/or other network factors.
What Shared Traffic Is Not. Shared Traffic refers only to network connections managed through the Application for Traffic Sharing and does not include your personal browsing activity or participation in other Application features (such as Surveys or Offers). Your personal browsing activity, applications, communications, files, accounts, and local network remain entirely excluded from Shared Traffic. Neither Pawns.app nor its Clients have access to this information.
User Control. You may pause or disable Traffic Sharing at any time through the Application (where such controls are available). Uninstalling or removing the Application from your device will automatically terminate all Traffic Sharing activities.
Acceptable Use and Eligibility. You agree to use Traffic Sharing only on devices lawfully used by you and through internet connections you are authorised to use. You can access and use Traffic Sharing only with a valid residential IP address assigned by a mobile or internet service provider for consumer/residential use. Pawns.app does not allow the use of any servers, VPNs, or proxy services in connection with Traffic Sharing.
Operational Limits and Availability. It is not possible for all Users to provide the exact same amount of Shared Traffic. The amount of Shared Traffic you can provide depends on demand for your Shared Traffic and may vary by location, network conditions, and other factors. Pawns.app retains the right to restrict Traffic Sharing for certain Users or locations in case there is a surplus of Shared Traffic being provided from a specific location, to protect the Pawns.app network from overutilisation.
To ensure the quality of Shared Traffic delivered to Clients, as well as to maximise the possible profit for Users, Pawns.app limits the number of devices per single IP address to one (1). Pawns.app may additionally limit the usage of certain IP address types connected to the Pawns.app network. These limitations are subject to change and are disclosed by Pawns.app through the Application and/or Dashboard where applicable.
Potential Impacts and Risks. By enabling Traffic Sharing, you acknowledge and agree that Shared Traffic can be used by Clients for different legitimate business purposes (including, by way of example, web and market research, SEO, brand protection, content delivery, etc.). Some of these use cases may result in you receiving specific ads while browsing the internet or receiving CAPTCHA prompts when accessing certain websites. Some Clients may use the service to access and/or provide streaming and similar services, and there is a slight possibility that if you use the same platform, you may not be able to access that service for a limited period.
When using the Application, data usage, bandwidth usage, or internet or mobile service provider charges may apply depending on your plan, and Pawns.app is not responsible for any such costs. Traffic Sharing may be restricted or prohibited by your mobile or internet service provider contract or local laws, and you are responsible for compliance.
Earnings for Traffic Sharing (if applicable). For the avoidance of doubt, where offered, Earnings for Traffic Sharing form part of “Earnings” under this Agreement. If Pawns.app offers Earnings for Traffic Sharing in your version of the Application, the applicable rates, calculation method, thresholds, and conditions will be described in the Application and/or Dashboard and may change from time to time at Pawns.app’s discretion. A small portion of your internet connection may be used to operate and maintain Pawns.app’s infrastructure. This traffic shall not be considered Shared Traffic and shall not be eligible for Earnings.

Termination. Pawns.app may limit, suspend, or terminate your access to Traffic Sharing (and/or the Application) if it reasonably believes you have violated this Agreement or this Addendum, engaged in fraud or abuse, attempted to manipulate Traffic Sharing, or created security, compliance, or integrity risks. For the avoidance of doubt, Traffic Sharing is an optional feature of the Application and may be modified, suspended, removed, or restricted at any time under this Agreement.
