If you frequent the Cookie Run Kingdom arena but don’t have the Eternal Sugar Cookie, you likely had a bad time. Since its release in May 2025 during the Paradise of Passion and Sloth event, she has become crucial to the arena meta, as well as the Living Abyss guild boss.
Eternal Sugar Cookie is an antagonist and a member of the Five Beast Cookies. These fallen heroes are rare and usually change your gameplay mechanics with unique skills and ally benefits, like resist dmg buffs. For example, this Cookie comes with Cotton Candy Angels passive that increases ally attack, and dmg, and debuff resistance.
But you will really maximize her power by adding the correct toppings. Don’t be tricked by the glamorous Cookie Run Kingdom atmosphere; the game can get quite challenging, especially at the top spots.
To help you out, we wrote an Eternal Sugar Cookie toppings guide and explained how to get her before the conclusions.
Who Is Eternal Sugar Cookie in Cookie Run: Kingdom?
Before we go to the toppings guide, let’s review Eternal Sugar Cookie’s lore. Cookie Run Kingdom is a story-driven game with excellent writing, and this Cookie brought some historic changes upon release.

Eternal Sugar Cookie is all about pink, looking inspiring with a bright halo and white wings, featuring a slender stature and pastel magenta dough. She has all the best intentions to help Cookies achieve true happiness in her Garden of Delights. Over time, Eternal Sugar Cookie noticed that other Cookes inevitably grew sad and worried, troubled by mundane reality.
This is the turning point for what were once pure intentions. Now this Cookie rules with the power of Sloth. It’s the antithesis of the Virtue of Happiness, and now she lures other Cookies to her paradise for them to succumb to her Sloth charms, doubtfully happy in their eternal laziness.
The satirical writing carries some heavier cultural references. Escaping from suffering towards true happiness is a common theme in the Buddhist religion. Also, its Garden of Delights can be interpreted as the Garden of Eden in Christianity, outlined by her glowing halo.
Devsisters also hint towards the Hellenistic period, which dominated ancient Greece culture up until the beginning of the new Christian millennium. This Cookie wears an ancient Greek chiton garment and carries a pink lyre, which is lined with the ancient Greek God Apollo.
So, Eternal Sugar Cookie has some strong European old continent vibes. In-game, she comes on a Cotton Candy Cloud surrounded by Cotton Candy Angels that buff allies and debuff enemies. She’s a midlane bomber that is a bit squishy, but dishes out huge amounts of damage, and when built with sufficient cooldown reduction, can significantly weaken the enemy on her own.
The last time we saw her was during the recent One of Darkness Absolute event. Alongside Shadow Milk Cookie, Chess Choco Cookie, and others, she met the new Dark Enchantress Cookie. Being one of the Five Beasts, she is crucial to Cookie Run Kingdom’s story development and is now central to several bits of in-game content.
She embodies the sin of Sloth, which represents spiritual lethargy and despair in medieval theology. Her descent into Sloth is linked to the Hellenistic philosophy of hedonism, which leads to decay rather than growth.
Best Toppings for Eternal Sugar Cookie
To get ahead of things, in many cases, you will focus on building cooldown recovery and some dmg resist to increase her survivability. Let’s review the Eternal Sugar Cookie skills and how Sugar Coating Cracks and Eternal Enchantment work to better understand the build.
Eternal Sugar Cookie Build Guide
Here’s what Eternal Sugar Cookie brings to the fight, powered by her majestic Cotton Candy Angels.
- Eternal Enchantment
The Eternal Sugar Cookie arrives at the battle on a Cotton Candy Cloud surrounded by Cotton Candy Angels. The enchantment restores her HP and provides a shield and immunity. But the essential magic is when the affected enemies’ Sugar Coating Cracks, and they start receiving massive amounts of damage. That’s why survivability is essential to keep Eternal Sugar Cookie alive until that happens.
- Saccharine Breeze
This is the earlier phase during which the Cookie charms enemies and applies Delightful Temptation debuff, lowering shield, and dealing damage. It will later crack the sugar coating.
- Mythic Beauty
The Eternal Sugar Cookie also debuffs enemies attacking her. They stack guilt, getting -10% damage up to 3 times, receive lowered healing, and increased damage.
- Cotton Candy Angels Beast Passive
Beasts are stronger than regular Cookies, and this passive is Eternal Sugar Cookie heavy weapons. It applies a starting shield, increases all allies’ damage, optimizes cooldown recovery, and damages enemies over time.
As you can see, a lot is going on here. The Eternal Sugar Cookie is one of a few Cookies that both boost allies and debuff enemies, dish out significant damage, and can even hurt immune targets.
Its Laxness debuff is essential, which applies -25% cooldown recovery, -35% enemy attack speed, and -10% healing. In the arena, this makes your team composition act first, putting enemies behind. Eternal Sugar Cookie works best alongside other powerful cookies like Pure Vanilla Cookie and Golden Cheese Cookie.
Best Toppings for Eternal Sugar Cookie
Now, we haven’t tested the Eternal Sugar Cookie performance with selected toppings ourselves. We simply don’t have her. However, we went through all of the information we found online that analyzes the best toppings for the Eternal Sugar Cookie.
Firstly, this is a powerful Beast Cookie, so it’s best to use Indolent toppings if you have them with good stats. But remember that regular toppings with good stats outperform Indolent toppings with bad ones, so most players will use regulars.
Players on Reddit and Facebook generally agree on which stats to prioritize. Firstly, maximize attack, as Eternal Sugar Cookie is a bomber damage dealer overall. Then look for damage resistance to increase survivability. Lastly, prioritize cooldown, as this is crucial to its Eternal Enchantment, and keep in mind that cooldown should be your main priority in the arena.
In the arena, she should cast her skill within the first second, which is around 25% cooldown. So you can run 5x Swift Chocolate toppings, and once you hit 25% cooldown, maximize the attack and add damage resistance.
For the Living Abyss and other content, a 5x Searing Raspberry combo works best. It prioritizes attack, and Eternal Sugar Cookie typically survives long enough to make her impact without a massive dependence on def resistance (also, due to low initial HP, def resistance is much better than hit point bonus on this Cookie). However, if you’re a late-game player, you must include damage resistance also, as this is one of the squishier bombers.
Also, you can mix both of these toppings. If you manage to have her at 25% cooldown, but also with a significant bonus to attack and sufficient damage resistance, your Eternal Sugar Cookie will outperform most other Cookies.
Best Beascuit for Eternal Sugar Cookie
Eternal Sugar Cookie benefits a lot from a correct Beascuit. They were introduced in January 2024, so more experienced players have a good collection of them. However, newer players will have to grind for a while, as high-rarity Beascuits are hard to come by.
Because this Cookie deals poison damage, the best choice is the Legendary Tainted Poisonous Spicy Beascuit. It adds a good % to attack and some HP, which is also great for a squishy bomber. But most importantly, its poison damage bonus makes your Cookie truly unstoppable.
But we must warn you that this Beascuit is very hard to come by. It was available exclusively on the Shadow Milk’s Beast Raid, but you can now grind them on the Beast-Yeast World Exploration stage 7-27.
This is the domain of the Shadow Milk Cookie, which is a high-difficulty phase where enemies have high damage resistance. Building the Eternal Sugar Cookie around damage penetration is highly advisable.
If you can’t find this rare Beascuit, just use a regular one with poison damage. Keep in mind that including damage resistance bypass makes this Cookie a lot more powerful, as it maximizes damage from cracking the sugar coating.
Team Composition & Synergies
Eternal Sugar Cookie is very powerful, but only if she’s kept alive for a long time. Even if she has enough cooldown recovery to cast within the first second, she can still get sniped early on without help from other Cookies.
Which ones work best? The Awakened Hollyberry or Elder Faerie at the front line can shield the Beast Cookie to keep her alive. Combining it with Frost Queen applies tons of debuffs to enemies, which nearly stops them from acting.
At the back, the Mystic Flour Cookie is best. No surprises there, as this is one of the most powerful healers in the game that also applies a cooldown to others, especially useful for Eternal Sugar Cookie.
For the Living Abyss and other guild battles, go for the poison elemental damage team. Prune Juice Cookie, Cream Ferret Cookie, and Rockstar Cookie are all viable choices. For high difficulty content like the Beast-Yeast stage 7-27, add a Financier Cookie to protect the Eternal Sugar Cookie until she starts dealing severe damage.
How to Unlock and Upgrade Eternal Sugar Cookie
By now, you are likely on the hype train to grab this highly rare Cookie. Well, you will have to face the randomness of gacha games. But there is also good news. Firstly, the Eternal Sugar Cookie is not exclusive and has been added to the standard Cookies pool (but excluded from the Mileage Shop).
That’s great. But on a less positive note, there is only 0.054% of pulling it, so luck is not on your side. However, you can select it during the Gacha of Fate event to increase its rates, but you will need Beast Crystals or Fate Cookie Cutters to get it. There’s an active Gacha of Fate even running at the time of this writing with our Eternal Sugar Cookie selection.

Alternatively, you can craft her using 20 soulstones. Look for them in the arena and guild medal shops, and in Beast Raid rewards, but be prepared to put some effort. This Cookie is definitely unique, so Devsisters aren’t letting you pull it easily.
Keep in mind that upgrading Eternal Sugar Cookie requires Ascensions, like with other Beast cookies. Obtaining a Legendary Poisonous Spicy Beascuit can be a real breaking point that unleashes her enormous damage. Naturally, you’ll want to max her skills ASAP, she is worth every expensive upgrade.
Final Bakings
Undoubtedly, the Eternal Sugar Cookie is among the most powerful Cookies in the game. She can take down immune targets, and even if her Sugar Coating Cracks are neutralized by immunity to damage, she can still wreck enemies using Saccharine Breeze or Eternal Enchantment.
Her Cotton Candy Cloud Angels and Eternal Enchantment benefits are excellent for putting enemies to rest. Affected enemies will act more slowly and have a damage reduction debuff, while your Cookie has enough time to build up for the real damage burst.
Lastly, don’t let your hands down if you have trouble obtaining this rare Cookie. Gacha games are known for their scarcity mechanics. Try to save your pulls until she is on an exclusive banner, or you can select her during the Gacha of Fate event.
