Rewards Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions and General Conditions

“Organizer” – Pawns app LTD, the entity organizing and operating the Lucky draw, under whose authority the promotion is conducted.
“Participant” – An eligible user of the App who participates in the Lucky draw by obtaining Tickets as described herein.
“App” – The mobile application operated by the Organizer through which Participants complete tasks, earn Gems, and enter the Lucky draw.
“Gems” – Units of in-app virtual currency awarded to Participants for engaging with activities within the App (such as completing Quests, surveys, or other actions as determined by the Organizer). Gems have no monetary value and may only be used within the App in accordance with the features and options made available by the Operator (including, but not limited to, redeeming Tickets for entry into the Lucky draw).
“Tickets” – Entries into the Lucky draw prize drawing. Participants obtain Tickets by redeeming Gems within the App or through other free in-app features (e.g. the “Spin the Wheel” feature). Each Ticket represents one chance in the random drawing for a given Lucky draws Period.
“Spin the Wheel” – An in-app feature that allows Participants to earn bonus rewards, including Gems, Lucky draw Tickets, and money rewards, through a random spin, without requiring real money payments.
“Lucky draw” – The rewards-based prize draw promotion described in these Terms and Conditions. The Lucky draw consists of recurring drawing periods (each a “Lucky draws Period” or “Round”) held at intervals determined by the Organizer, with entries collected and one set of winners drawn per period.
“Prize” – Any reward awarded to a winner of the Lucky draw, as detailed in the Prize Structure (Section 4). Prizes for each Round are credited to the winner’s in-app account wallet, withdrawable to the winner’s personal payment card as permitted.
“Terms” – These Terms and Conditions governing the Lucky draw. Participation in the Lucky draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

“Quests” – Optional in-app tasks of varying scope and duration that Participants may complete to receive additional in-app rewards, such as Gems.

These Terms govern participation in the Pawns.app Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”) organized by Pawns.app LTD (“Organizer”). As defined above, participation in the Lucky Draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms. By participating in or otherwise engaging with any aspect of the Lucky Draw, Participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the Pawns.app Terms Of Use and Privacy Policy.

These Terms take effect on 23 November 2025 (“Effective Date”) and apply to all Lucky Draw activities occurring on or after that date. Participants who do not agree to these Terms must refrain from participating in or engaging with the Lucky Draw after the Effective Date.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements: The Lucky draw is open to individuals who are at least the legal age in their country of residence at the time of entry, or who have otherwise obtained the necessary parental or legal guardian consent to use the Application in accordance with the Terms Of Use. It remains the Participant’s responsibility to comply with local laws regarding participation; this Lucky draw is void where prohibited by law.

2.2 One Account Per Person: Participants must have a valid account in the App. Only one account per person is permitted; multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited. Creating or using multiple accounts to enter is considered a breach of these Terms and will result in disqualification. The Organizer reserves the right to verify a Participant’s identity and eligibility and to disqualify any entries or accounts that are fraudulent or duplicate.

2.3 No Purchase Necessary: No payment or purchase is required to enter or win; entries are obtained exclusively by earning Gems through in-app activities made available by the Organizer. Such activities may include, but are not limited to, participating in Quests and earning rewards via the Spin the Wheel. Participants cannot purchase Gems or Tickets with real money. The Lucky draw is a free prize draw, and no form of monetary consideration is required to participate.

2.4 Ineligible Participants: Employees, contractors, officers, and agents of the Organizer, as well as any of its parent, subsidiary, or affiliated companies, and the immediate family members or household members of such persons, are not eligible to enter or win. Any entries in violation of this eligibility rule will be void.

2.5 Fair Play: All Participants must enter the Lucky draw on their own behalf. Automated entries, bulk entries, or entries submitted via macros, scripts, bots or any other automated means are not permitted and will be disqualified. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who tampers with the entry process or otherwise attempts to circumvent these Terms (e.g., by exploiting loopholes, hacking, or cheating).

3. Entry Mechanism

3.1 Earning Gems: For the purpose of participating in the Lucky draw, Participants must first earn Gems within the App. Gems are earned by engaging in various in-app activities, such as completing Quests or other actions as determined by the Organizer. Quests availability and Gem rewards are determined by the Organizer and displayed in-app.

3.2 Redeeming Tickets: Once a Participant has earned sufficient Gems, they may redeem those Gems for Lucky draw Tickets through the in-app interface. The App will indicate the Gem cost per Ticket (e.g. a certain number of Gems per entry). Upon redemption, the corresponding number of Tickets will be credited to the Participant’s entry balance for the current Lucky draw Period. No direct purchase of Tickets (with money or other consideration) is allowed, and Tickets have no monetary price. Tickets are non-transferable and may only be used by the account that earned them.

3.3 Spin the Wheel Feature: In addition to earning Gems, Participants can obtain additional entries through the “Spin the Wheel” feature in the App, subject to the conditions made available within the App. This feature allows Participants to spin a virtual wheel at no cost, which may randomly award Prizes such as money rewards, Gems or Tickets. Any Tickets awarded via Spin the Wheel are treated as entries for the current Lucky draw Period and are subject to these Terms. The frequency and availability of spins (e.g. daily or promotional spins) are determined by the Organizer and communicated in-app.

3.4 Entry Limits: There is no fixed limit to the number of Tickets a Participant may obtain; Participants may accumulate as many entries as they are able to earn through the free methods described above. However, each Participant is limited to one account (Section 2.2), and all entries must be obtained legitimately through that account. The Organizer reserves the right to cap entry accrual or adjust Quests rewards in its discretion, and to disqualify or reject entries that are obtained via any fraudulent or unauthorized means (including via multiple accounts or any violation of these Terms).

3.5 Entry Periods: The Lucky draw is conducted in a Rounds. Start and end dates for each Round will be announced in the App. All Tickets must be acquired and submitted (i.e., Gems redeemed for Tickets) before the closing time of the applicable Round to be eligible for that Round’s drawing. Entries (Tickets) do not carry over to subsequent Rounds – at the conclusion of each Round, any unused or unredeemed Gems remain in the user’s account for future use, but Tickets are only valid for the Round in which they were obtained.

3.6 Confirmation of Entries: Upon redeeming Gems for Tickets, Participants will receive confirmation (via the App interface) of their number of entries into the current draw. The Organizer’s records of Ticket redemptions and entries shall be deemed conclusive. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any failure or delay in the recording of entries due to technical issues or user error. Participants are advised to ensure they have a stable internet connection when redeeming Tickets. If technical difficulties arise, please contact hello@pawns.app for assistance.

4. Prize Structure

4.1. Each Lucky draw Round features a Prize pool as determined by the Organizer for that specific Round. The total Prize amount and its allocation among winners (for example, three Prizes such as First Prize, Second Prize, and Third Prize) will be announced in advance within the App before the opening of each Round.

Unless otherwise stated, Prizes are awarded as USD ($) credits to the winners’ in-app accounts. The Prizes for each Round are funded by the Organizer or by third parties as determined by the Organizer. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be substituted for other items or forms of consideration. The designated winners are the only persons entitled to the Prize credits.

4.2 Prize Credit and Withdrawal: Prizes will be credited to each winner’s in-app account wallet promptly after winner verification (see Section 6). Once credited, a Prize balance can be withdrawn by the winner using any of the payout methods made available within the App, in accordance with the App’s standard withdrawal process and policies. It is the winner’s responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date payment details to facilitate withdrawal. The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the winner’s withdrawal request, but is not responsible for any delays or failures in transfer that are outside its control (e.g. delays caused by the payment processor or incorrect information provided by the winner).

4.3 Multiple Wins: The system uses a random selection process in which each Ticket represents one chance to win. As a result, Participants with multiple Tickets may win more than one Prize in the same Round. This ensures that the outcome of each draw depends solely on random chance.

Note: The Organizer may introduce limitations to restrict multiple wins per Round in future updates.

4.4 Taxes and Responsibilities: All taxes or duties (if any) that may be applicable to the Prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. The Organizer makes no representation as to the tax treatment of Prize winnings; winners are advised to consult their own tax advisors and are responsible for reporting their Prize as required by applicable law. The Organizer is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by financial institutions in connection with the transfer or withdrawal of Prize funds. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize amount awarded is final and inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, and fees, and no additional amounts will be provided by the Organizer.

5. Winner Selection

5.1 Random Drawing: At the conclusion of each Lucky draw Period, the Organizer will conduct a random drawing from all eligible Tickets entered into that Round. The drawing will be performed by random chance (e.g. by an algorithmic randomizer or a blind draw method) under the supervision of the Organizer’s team to ensure fairness and compliance. The number of winners and the corresponding Prizes for each Round will be determined and announced in advance by the Organizer in accordance with Section 4.1. Prizes will be awarded to winners in the order in which they are drawn (subject to verification and eligibility checks). The odds of winning any Prize depend on the total number of valid Tickets entered in that Round.

5.2 Winner Eligibility Verification: The potential winners selected in the random draw are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms. The Organizer may, at its discretion, require a potential winner to provide proof of identity (such as a government-issued ID) and age, and may also require the potential winner to sign an affidavit or declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release, if deemed necessary (except where prohibited by law). If a winner is found to be ineligible or in violation of these Terms (for example, if the winner has multiple accounts, is an employee, or obtained entries by prohibited means), the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify that person. In such cases, the Prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected in the subsequent Round from the new pool of eligible entries. This process will continue until all Prizes for the relevant Round are awarded to eligible winners. The Organizer’s decisions regarding verification of eligibility and confirmation of winners are final.

5.3 Finality of Drawings: The random draw will be conducted in a fair and impartial manner. The results of each draw are final. The Organizer will not accept or engage in correspondence, discussion, or disputes regarding the random selection process or claims of entitlement to a Prize. By entering, Participants accept the outcome of the draw is final.

5.4 Draw Schedule: Drawings are scheduled to occur approximately every two weeks, on or around the conclusion of each Lucky draw Period. The exact draw date and time may be adjusted by the Organizer (e.g., if a Round is extended or shortened, or due to operational considerations), but any changes will be communicated or reflected in the App. The Organizer reserves the right to slightly delay a drawing (for example, to resolve any last-minute entry discrepancies or technical issues) if reasonably necessary to ensure a fair drawing. Any significant delay or rescheduling of a draw will be announced.

6. Winner Notifications and Prize Claim

6.1 Notification Method: Each winner will be notified by the Organizer via the email address associated with the winner’s App account. The Organizer may also, in its discretion, send an in-app notification or direct message within the App to the winner. Notifications will be sent as soon as reasonably practicable after the drawing, but in any case within a maximum of 7 calendar days following the draw for that Round. It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure that their account email is active and accurate. The Organizer is not responsible for any inability to deliver notification due to an incorrect email address or a winner’s email settings (e.g., spam filters).

6.2 Public Announcement of Winners: The winners of each Round (nickname, and Prize won) may be announced publicly within the App (for example, on a winners’ board or announcement section). For privacy reasons, the Organizer will use winners’ in-app usernames or nicknames for any public announcement, and if a nickname is not provided, a masked version of the winner’s email address will be shown instead. If a username or nickname contains personally identifying information (such as a real name), the Organizer may shorten, mask, or otherwise anonymize it before publication. By participating, each winner agrees that the Organizer may display their nickname (or masked email) and Prize information in the App if they win. Apart from such in-app announcements, any further publicity (such as the winner participating in a testimonial, interview, or external announcement) will be voluntary and arranged with the winner’s consent.

6.3 Prize Crediting and Claiming: Unless otherwise specified, Prizes are credited to winners’ accounts automatically and immediately after each Round. In the event that a future Prize requires additional information, verification, or action by the winner before it can be credited, the Organizer may set a reasonable time limit for the winner to provide such information or take such action.

6.4 Prize Delivery: Prizes (in-app credit) are typically applied to the winner’s account within 1–2 business days of being awarded. The winner may then initiate a withdrawal to their personal card or other available payout method at their convenience. If a Prize requires additional verification or information before crediting (as described in Section 6.3), it will be delivered upon successful completion of that process.

If a winner has any issue receiving the Prize credit or withdrawing funds, they should contact the Organizer’s customer support promptly. The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to ensure winners receive their Prizes. However, if a Prize cannot be delivered or fulfilled due to reasons beyond the Organizer’s control — for example, legal or regulatory restrictions in the winner’s jurisdiction, or technical/platform limitations that prevent transfer — the Organizer assumes no liability and the Prize may be forfeited or an alternative solution may be offered at the Organizer’s discretion. The Organizer will not be liable for any inability of a winner to receive or use the Prize due to such external factors.

6.5 Winner Disqualification: If any winner is found to have violated the Terms or is deemed ineligible after the draw (e.g., discovered to be an employee or to have multiple accounts), the Organizer shall disqualify that person. In such an event, no Prize will be awarded to the disqualified individual, and the Organizer may select an alternate winner as described above. The Organizer shall have no liability to any disqualified person in such circumstances, and such disqualification may be made public (for instance, by removing the username from any announced winners list), subject always to the privacy and public announcement provisions set forth in these Terms.

6.6 Winners List: In accordance with legal requirements and transparency principles, the Organizer will maintain records of winners for each Round. A list of winners (nickname (or masked email)), and Prize won, and, if required by applicable law, the winner’s general region) can be made available upon request to the Organizer’s contact address (provided in Section 11 or on the Organizer’s website), within a reasonable time after each Round’s completion. Any winner who objects to their information (even in limited form) being included on a public winners list should inform the Organizer at the time of claiming their Prize; however, even in such cases, the Organizer may still be obliged to provide information to regulators (such as the UK Advertising Standards Authority) to prove that a valid award took place.

7. Data Protection

7.1 Data Collection: The only personal data the Organizer requires for entry into the Lucky draw is the Participant’s email address (as provided at account registration) and any information necessary to operate the App account. When a Participant signs up for the App, they provide an email address and agree to the App’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Entry into the Lucky draw does not create any new or separate data collection or lawful basis for marketing communications.

By entering the Lucky draw, Participants acknowledge that the Organizer will process their email address and any other personal data provided as necessary to administer the Lucky draw, including winner notification and Prize fulfillment. Participants may also continue to receive marketing communications relating to the Organizer’s services, in accordance with applicable data protection and electronic communications laws and as further described in the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.They can unsubscribe at any time without affecting their chances of winning, by using the “unsubscribe” link in any email or by contacting the Organizer.

7.2 Data Usage and Sharing: The personal information collected from Participants (typically email, and for winners, any additional details needed for Prize fulfillment such as name on payment card, etc.) will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. The Organizer will not sell or rent Participants’ personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers strictly as needed to operate the Lucky draw – for example, the Organizer’s email service (to send winner notifications) or payment processors (to transfer Prize funds to winners). All such third parties will be bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations. If personal data is transferred outside the UK, such transfer will take place only where adequate safeguards are in place to protect Participants’ information, as required by the UK GDPR.

7.3 Privacy Policy: The handling of personal data in this Lucky draw is also governed by the Organizer’s general Privacy Policy, which is available online and incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy solely regarding how data is used for the Lucky draw, these Terms will govern for Lucky draw-specific uses, but otherwise the Privacy Policy controls for general data practices. Participants have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data held by the Organizer, as described in the Privacy Policy. Any such requests or other data protection inquiries can be directed to the Organizer’s data protection contact (as given in the Privacy Policy).

7.4 Winner Publicity and Privacy: As noted in Section 6.2, winners’ nicknames may be published in-app. Aside from this, the Organizer will not publicly disclose any personal details of winners (such as full name, address, contact info) without explicit consent. All Participants, by entering, agree that if they win, the Organizer may use their pseudonymous identity (e.g. username) for announcing results.

7.5 Data Retention: Personal data collected for the Lucky draw will be retained only as long as necessary for the purposes of administering and legally documenting the Lucky draw, or for such longer period as may be required by applicable data protection laws. Emails and contact information may be retained on the Organizer’s mailing list until the Participant unsubscribes or asks for deletion. Data pertaining to winners (including verification documents, if any) will be kept as required to satisfy legal and regulatory requirements (for example, accounting records or audit purposes) and then securely deleted or otherwise disposed of in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Liability

8.1 Organizer’s Liability Limitations: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer (and its directors, employees, and agents) shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, claim or expense (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages) arising out of or in connection with a Participant’s participation in the Lucky draw or a winner’s acceptance or use of any Prize. By entering, Participants agree that the Organizer is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation or from acceptance, possession, or use of a Prize (except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, as set forth below). Each Participant takes part at their own risk.

8.2 No Liability for Technical Issues: The Organizer accepts no responsibility for entries not received or lost, corrupted, or delayed, whether due to computer transmission errors, network issues, hardware or software malfunctions, or otherwise. This includes, without limitation, any failure of the App, internet congestion, server downtime, or any technical failure which may result in an entry not being successfully submitted or a Participant being unable to participate. The Organizer will not be liable for any technical malfunction, website/App availability, or any unauthorized intervention that affects the operation, fairness, or integrity of the Lucky draw. If such an event occurs, the Organizer reserves the right to take appropriate action (including as described in Section 9, Force Majeure).

8.3 No Warranty on Prizes: The Organizer makes no representations or warranties regarding any Prize, beyond those explicitly stated in these Terms. Any implied warranties or conditions (including any warranty of satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose) are hereby disclaimed by the Organizer, except to the extent that such disclaimers are prohibited by law. The Organizer is not liable for any dissatisfaction or issues a winner may have with a Prize (for example, if a banking institution places a hold on withdrawn funds, or if any fees reduce the net amount). The Prize is provided “as is” with no guarantee.

8.4 Third-Party Platforms: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Apple Inc., Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc. (including Facebook) or any other third-party platform or service. Participants acknowledge that by entering the Lucky draw they are providing information to the Organizer and not to Apple, Google, Facebook, or any other third-party platform. All such third parties are released from any liability arising from or related to this Lucky draw to the extent permissible by law. For example, although Participants may access the Lucky draw via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (by using the App), neither Apple nor Google bears any responsibility for the promotion. Participants must abide by the terms of service of any platform through which they access the Lucky draw, but any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Lucky draw must be directed to the Organizer, not to any third-party platform.

8.6 Release and Indemnity: By entering, each Participant (to the maximum extent permitted by law) agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Organizer and its respective directors, employees, and agents (“Released Parties”) from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, or lawsuits arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Lucky draw or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize. Participants further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, damage, or expense (including legal fees) that any of them may suffer or incur as a result of any violation of these Terms by the Participant. This release and indemnity does not apply to the extent of any Organizer’s breach of these Terms or other fault as provided by mandatory law.

8.7 Non-Excludable Liability: Nothing in these Terms shall operate so as to exclude or limit the Organizer’s liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by the Organizer’s negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by the Organizer; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. To the extent any liability of the Organizer cannot be legally excluded but can be limited, it is limited to the minimum amount permissible by law. Participants’ statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.

9. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)

9.1 Right to Modify or Cancel: If the Lucky draw cannot proceed as planned due to causes beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Lucky draw (in whole or in part) without incurring any liability. This includes, without limitation, events such as technical failures (e.g., computer viruses or system tampering), unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other circumstance that corrupts or affects the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Lucky draw. Where feasible, the Organizer will make reasonable efforts to fairly resume, adjust, or conclude the Lucky draw in a manner that is equitable to all eligible Participants (for example, by extending the entry period or selecting winners from eligible entries received up to the point of disruption).

9.2 Notice of Suspension: If a Lucky draw Round is terminated early or suspended due to a force majeure event, the Organizer will make reasonable efforts to notify Participants (via the app, associated website, or email). If the Lucky draw is terminated, the Organizer may, at its discretion, conduct a random drawing to award any remaining prizes among all eligible entries received up to the time of the event (where fair and lawful to do so) or may determine not to award such prizes if fulfillment would be unlawful or impossible.

9.3 Force Majeure and Liability:

The Organizer shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations (including awarding of Prizes or operating the Lucky draw) that results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorist activity, civil unrest, epidemic or pandemic, strikes or labor disputes, natural disasters, government actions or orders, or significant technical failures. In such cases, the Organizer’s obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event, and it shall not be considered in breach of these Terms. If the Lucky draw cannot proceed or must be cancelled in its entirety before any winners are declared, any earned but unredeemed Gems or entries may be retained for a future promotion, or other compensation may be offered at the Organizer’s discretion (without obligation).

9.4 Examples of Force Majeure: For clarity, “events beyond the Organizer’s control” or “force majeure” include, without limitation: natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, hurricanes); outbreaks of disease; strikes or labor disputes affecting the Organizer or key suppliers; nationwide or regional internet or power outages; acts of terrorism or war; changes in law or regulation that make the promotion illegal or impracticable; or platform outages that render the app non-functional.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Lucky draw shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. This choice of law is made as the Organizer operates under UK jurisdiction for this promotion. If you are a consumer residing outside the UK, you may also have certain consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence; these Terms are not intended to override any such rights that cannot be waived by agreement.

10.2 Jurisdiction: The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (whether contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in connection with this Lucky draw or these Terms. By participating in the Lucky draw, the Participant agrees that any such dispute will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in England and Wales. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Organizer reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

10.3 Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute between the Participant and the Organizer arising from the Lucky draw, the parties are encouraged to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting the Organizer’s customer support or legal department. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be resolved by the courts as specified above. There is no mandatory arbitration or alternative dispute process required by these Terms (unless imposed by local applicable law for a given Participant). Any claim must be brought individually, and Participants waive the right to any form of class or collective action against the Organizer in relation to the Lucky draw, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10.4 Complaints: If you have a complaint or concern regarding the Lucky draw or these Terms, you may contact the Organizer at hello@pawns.app to seek a remedy. The Organizer will consider reasonable requests in good faith. This does not affect your legal rights to take action as described above.

11. Amendments and Termination of Lucky draw

11.1 Right to Amend Terms: The Organizer reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of any such amendment, the Organizer will publish the revised Terms (e.g., by updating the terms page in the App or on the Organizer’s website) and update the “Last Updated” date. Any material changes to the Terms will, if feasible, be communicated to Participants via the App or by email. Changes will apply from the date of publication forward, and will not have retroactive effect on entries already earned unless required by applicable law or to ensure the Lucky draw’s integrity. Participants are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically for any updates. Continued participation in the Lucky draw after any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If a Participant does not agree to the amended Terms, they should cease participating in the Lucky draw (though any Tickets already obtained will still be honored under the last version of Terms in effect at the time of obtainment).

11.2 Suspension or Termination: The Organizer also reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Lucky draw (in whole or with respect to any individual Participant) at any time for any reason, including but not limited to if the Organizer determines in its sole discretion that the Lucky draw cannot be conducted as intended, or for business, legal, or operational reasons. If the entire Lucky draw program is terminated, the Organizer will notify Participants via the App or email. In the event of an early termination of the Lucky draw, the Organizer may, in its discretion, conduct a final drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of termination to award the remaining Prizes, or may cancel any unawarded Prizes if it is not practicable or fair to award them. Termination of the Lucky draw will be without liability to the Organizer, except that the Organizer will fulfill any Prize obligations to winners already drawn or finally selected before the termination (provided termination was not due to fraud or violation that nullified results).

11.3 Organizer’s Right to Cancel Individual Participation: The Organizer may also terminate a specific Participant’s ability to participate (and/or void that Participant’s entries) if the Participant is found to be violating these Terms or the App’s general terms of use, or is engaging in any abusive, fraudulent, or unfair conduct. Such termination may be immediate and without prior notice. If a Participant’s account is terminated or suspended pursuant to the App’s terms of use (for reasons unrelated to this Lucky draw), that Participant’s participation in the Lucky draw may also end, at the Organizer’s discretion.

11.4 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable (if possible) or, if not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of the Organizer to enforce any term herein shall not be deemed a waiver of that term or any other term.

11.5 Entire Agreement: These Terms (and any documents incorporated by reference, such as the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between the Organizer and Participants with respect to the Lucky draw, and supersede any prior communications or understandings relating to the Lucky draw. Participants confirm that they have not relied on any other representations or statements not contained in these Terms.
